| Irish/Italian Catholic kid, born and raised on the Island. I spent my summers running through lawn sprinklers, playing with Hula Hoops and Lincoln Logs, downing packets of Pop Rocks, collecting Wacky Packs, cruising the neighborhood on my banana seat bike...without a care in the world. My mother totally encouraged creativity and always had crafty projects on hand. |
Summer 1973 Long Island, NY (Me and Mom) |
Spring 2008 Long Island, NY (Glen Cove Jetty) |
Now, in my late (GULP) thirties, I
live on the North Shore with my insanely delicious husband, Scotty, and our 5
rescued cats. We spend our days loving and laughing, creating art, making
memories, and daytrippin'
as much as humanly possible.
I've traded in the catholicism for something a bit more cosmic but I'll still run through a sprinkler on a hot summer day. A little older, a little wiser, and I still hold the same stance. |
